New default code and libraries, but not new master code. It's still dated 10/27/2005.

No, but if your robot starts going crazy(ours did), then don't blame the FIRST officials. It's your responsibility to fix the problem.

This sort of gives an idea of the complexity of this chip. The fact that a simple set of two instructions doesn't work properly seems odd. Particularly if it's part of standard operations. All you're doing is moving something back into place from a buffer.
