Live webcast of regionals?

where can i find these? I couldn't find a direct link to it. The VCU regional seemed to be on NASA webcast but it looks like us FIRSTers have exploded their bandwidth for the moment as the website won't load on me.

It was down but they just fixed it I guess. If not, the Windows Webcast looks Great, but has a 5 second delay.
