Mounted on turret (rotation), no vertical movement capabilities.

mounted on the camera mounting thing that was in the KOP.
it can pan and tilt, and is used in determining distance and angle away from the goal.

Our camera is on a very advanced custom mount, a shelf in our shop.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist) :D

We don't have a turret, so the camera got bolted straight onto the robot, right underneath the shooter. We might have benefited a little from having the pan/tilt assembly, but we were coming in too close to weight, so the driver just has to get it close to lined up and then hit the center buttons.

The camera is mounted on the turret, using the turret to pan.
The camera tilt is fixed at a slight upward angle. The vertical position of the target in the view is used to calculate the angle to aim the shooter.
