converting videos for iPod

I've tried two different ways..

1) Used the convert button in iTunes

2) Used the Videora iPod video converter

Both ways end up with the same results - video is converted just fine, but no audio at all. What am I doing..or not doing?

thanks

I use programs from ImToo, this can convert from all the common formats to any of those formats.

I've never had any problems...
