Every tag in the tag box (to the right of the image/paper) is a link, which takes you to more photos (or papers) with that tag.

Some of you may know, others may not realize that the star () to the left of the tag takes you to all media with that tag.

Flickr uses a little globe for something similar to this (public vs private tags). I didn't want to rip them off (completely ;)), so I went with a star, but I'm not really liking it.

If you have any ideas for an icon that could show up there, please send me a PM with them -- either a word explanation, or an icon if you're feeling creative (10x10 transparent gif or png).

I know i've wanted to change my vote but it seems too much of a hassle. The mere option that we can challenge tags even after they are approved should be sufficient
Actually, if you can make a little stats page where we can enter if we want to, that would be cool. It could be on our cp (just like reps where we can view them at our leisure). It could also be a separate page in cd-media. So, we can view it. I don't think all categories are necessary though (for ex: -A tag you voted on gets voted on. ... there's just too many)

This way it's not in our way but we can still view it at our leisure. You can even make it so we can decide what we want to show up on our "cd-media tag stats" page.

Ha, didn't realize that. I just thought it was for decoration. Maybe it should just be an orange dot.

Do we have to upload the picture ourselves, or can we use a picture someone else uploaded as our WAI? I was thinking of changing my WAI to this, but when I tried adding a "Who am I" tag, it does not work. (The WAI icon will not appear.) I really don't want to re-upload the same image if it is unnecessary.

When trying to view a paper, CD-Media requests that I log in, but it does not accept my login, and I had to back up and use the top-right quick login.

It has to be a picture you uploaded -- if you want another one set as your WAI, send me a PM with a link to it and I can make it happen.

I was thinking, after I posted, that a general "my stats" page, or some kind of dashboard page would be better than all those notifications. Good idea ;)

This 'next/previous' bug should be fixed now. Please let me know if you see anything weird happening.

It's not fixed. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/media/photos/23666 still points to 23664 as its "next". It should be 23665.

how about a target symbol? cute, tiny, simple...

another thing, is there any standard format for teams with 1/2 digits?
i noticed a tag or two with something like "frc004" instead of "frc4"
should there be a preference?

I'd say have it as it's listed with FIRST: frc1293, frc343, frc47, frc7. Keeps things simpler.

I agree to using the smaller (frc47, frc1, frc33, etc) -- although technically we could (once the tag editor is up) alias them all so that frc0047 = frc47 and could be used interchangeably.

When I do a search, or click on a tag, I get a bunch of thumbnails. That's good. I find it a little disconcerting though, that I can't click on one of the thumbnails, and then just "prev" and "next" to navigate the pictures. What are the chances that you could implement such a feature?
