I WAS running around Huntsville yesterday in my lime-green jersey though... cheering on the team the best I could from a distance.

[It was SO HARD to miss traveling to a regional with MOE for the first time in 6 years. I am definitely suffering from FIRST withdrawal!]

Thanks for the "thanks" gang.

There are so many amazing individuals associated with FIRST. I greatly appreciate the thanks from many folks I have met and known over the years and new friends I met this past weekend.

I urge everyone to make a new FIRST friend each competition you attend. This will strengthen the ties of our FIRST family even more.

Congratulations John! I can't think of a person more deserving of the WFA. I'm happy for you and your team - they're lucky to have such a great mentor.

Also, thanks to your team for all of your help in putting on the Pittsburgh regional; there were an awful lot of you who stepped in to make this event happen. I'm sure it was tough to cover your MOE green and keep a low profile when your great team was on the field, but you all showed your quality and gracious professionalism from field setup Wednesday to tear-down on Saturday.
