i'll bend the rule, so that the deadline for editing and entering in the contest is at 1PM REGIONAL TIME

If we cannot submit it to you how should we do it? I'll be at the Boston regional, so I'd like to fill one out.
If there are 4 or 5 of us (other people who use CD) can we make paper copies, check it ourselves and submit it later.
