http://www.userbars.net has a lot of these. They're in a phpbb forum, so you can either search by keyword or you can just scan through the boards. I found a few there.

Does anyone have a file of user bar "lines" that i could use in paint.NET? (by lines i mean the diaganols you start with...) PM me or post please.

Well, I've made a Chop Shop userbar and a VLC Media Player userbar (one that wasn't as good as the one in my sig now), but that's it. I use The GIMP and Photoshop. I can't install Paint.NET because it requires SP2. :(
I guess I'll make some team role userbars if I get the chance.
