even though they played it like 5 times every day at pittsburgh, we like to party...the six flags song. it's hard to make me hate a song. the YMCA, Macarena, the Cha Cha Slide, and Cotton Eye Joe i love dancing/trying to (cotton eye joe) dance to them. the song that was played i think at both BMR and pittsburgh during elimination is TNT by AC/DC (listening to it right now actually) completely..i can't even put it into words..pumped(?) up the match. thunderstruck and final countdown are some of my favorite songs. i just love music..come and see me in the stands..i sing just about every song lol. i've actually gotten yelled at for singing every song

Like others said, its Sirius by Alan Parson's Project.

Now, if anyone could tell me the song that they played at the end of the closing ceremonies when everyone was leaving the stands (specifically at Sac, but I'm sure I've heard it before at other regionals), It'd be much appreciated. I can post a small clip that was caught when I was filming our team leaving if needed.

I like pretty much anything they play that is classic rock, other than Mr Roboto, it's ok maybe once in a while, but not 5 times a day, I'd love to have my iPod play through the competitions (yea, not happening, i know) about 50 hours with NO repeats :P during the hip hop / pop / modern rock songs, you will usually see the trademark white earbud(s) in my ear(s).

At LA, around the Saturday lunch break, I'm pretty sure I heard one of my favorites: "Be My Escape" by Reliant K. (I was in the pit at the time, but I heard a snatch of the chorus and recognized it.)

i know they usually play We are the Champions by Queen at the end when the winning teams go up and as well My Hero by the Foo Fighters is always something they seem to play in the closing ceremonies. my fav was last year at GTR when the played an Anti Flag song.

At SVR they (appropriately) played that for the WFA award. I'm pretty sure it's used at other regionals for that too.

There where a few goods songs that I have heard like Big time by Peter Gabriel. I have also heard a few one hit wonders that were good like Hocus Pocus by Focus.

I have a few suggestions for the Canadian comps, lets ply some more Canadian artist like instead of we are the champions after the finals, play One Little Victory by Rush (implies that you are one your way to another harder comp, Atlanta) and another good band is 54-40 one song from them I do suggest is Unbend your mind.

That is my 2 cents!

Both of the FIRST songs, though particularly the first one, were my favorite's at Boston. Here's to hoping they get put on usfirst.org

I know it wasn't We are the Champions .. it didn't have any words. I'll post a clip in a little bit.

They played that between matches at Sac this year .. I heard it in the pits and started dancing and a few of my teammates looked at me like I was crazy.
