Team 968 in the news
 

Our local news station KCAL9 recently had a segment about the Southern California Regionals. The segment included great footage of our robot scoring some top goals along with a good amount of footage of Team 294. You can view this here http://cbs2.com/video/?id=16009@kcbs.dayport.com . Also, if anyone could help me out. I've been trying for about an hour now trying to download that movie directly from them so I can put it on our teams site. Last night I talked to one of my friends who within minutes gave me a link to what seems like the first half of the segment which I promptly converted from an FLV file to a WMV file and posted on our site. If anyone could help me out that'd be great.

I don't know how to help you, but to me that seems like copyright infringement. Maybe you should write KCAL/CBS and ask for their permission?

And hey, that's me talking about "playing our game" and "getting in a good zone" :)

Also, gotta love Ryan's quote about making people's lives better and also the interview with the disabled woman.

Yeah, I wrote them an email late last night. I expected to at least hear a "no you can't have our content" by now, but I haven't gotten a responce yet. I'll email them tonight asking them again, and call them later tomorrow. It was a great competition :)
