Fundraising Package

(I remember seeing a white paper about this but could not find it after several searches)

what do you think should be in a package that will be sent to potential sponsors?

This has to be a package that will be able to be assembled in a matter of days (after all, Atlanta is only 3 weeks away). The package will be sent to about 20-30 companies, donors and organizations. It needs to be cheap and have easy to get materials.
Ideas, examples of team packages and any useful materials will be very much appreciated by team Steampunk #1577.

I think you may be referring to the NEMO White Paper: Creating a Killer Team Packet which was compiled by Jessica Boucher. "The purpose of this whitepaper is to help teams create clear, professional packets to solicit sponsorship, from materials selection to color choices."
