well 1745s school colours is Red white and blue, so the team colours are red, silver, and blue.

also the scools mascot is the Mustang . . witch is why we are the P-51 mustangs

Since our rookie year (2001) we've been orange, since the originating school is Orange High and we're from Orange County, this year, however, we were black with an orange and red sunburst. Next year I hope to try to get a switch over to black and white, but that may or may not happen.

Ours is blue bold and white. School colors for two of the three schools our team represents.

Ours are orange and black and sometimes white for t-shirts and what not
we don't change them except some times our t-shirts are combinations of orange and the other colors

As a corporate marketing guy, I'd make the following suggestions to any team (especially rookies) as you develop your "identity" over the years:

1) Picking a team color that leverages your school colors is a good idea. Picking a team color that also leverages the colors of your main sponsor is also good if you plan to have that same sponsor for many years.

2) be sure that your color scheme, logo, etc doesn't violate any rules of "corporate identity" as defined by your school or sponsoring corporation.

3) make sure that your team name and logo can stand-out on whatever color scheme you choose. If the background is multi-colored (e.g camo or tie-died), then consider a white-out frame around the name/logo

4) The team name and number (obviously) must not change from year to year, so pick a name that you, your school, and the sponsors in your area can live with. Pick a name that sounds good when iterated by the MCs during the events.

5) Team colors also should stand-out in a dimly-lit event venue and/or in your school hallways. It's OK to have multiple teams with similar (or almost identical) attire....lots of "pink" htis year as well as camo on multiple teams.

Our story???? School colors are red & black.....corporate sponsor's colors are red & black......weird.......our corporate sponsor is a government/militray supplier of communications products, so we started wearing a special red/black version of camouflage that has now become our pervasive "identity"........so much so that we won the 2006 Imagery award at the Boston regional.

It's really effective, you guys completely stand out in a crowd. I have seen other people wearing those same pants elsewhere, and I always do a double take to make sure it's not someone on Rolling Thunder.

177 has been Maroon & Gold for 8 years now. It's our school colors, so it works well. It's really hard to find things in maroon and gold though, so this year I decided to change it to dark red and yellow for all purchases.

Hey Greg,
thanks for the compliment. Our team wears the red camo pants to the mall. But, did you check out my hand-made camo tux jacket? I may go into the prom-wear business (ha, ha).

But, just for future inspiration, I'm an electrical engineer who actually did make that jacket myself! You can do anything if you put your mind to it.

School colors: Black and Gold (shiney pants anyone?) Another local high school may be joining our team, but their colors are dark brown and gold, so it shouldn't affect things too much!

Our team color was a military camouflage this year, and I think we are going to be keeping that for a while. Although we have done Red and Black in previous years.

Orange and Blue.

Re: What are your Team Colors??

Team 75 is red, yellow, and black. Our school colors are burgandy and gold but those are hard colors to make banners and print out of, so we simplified them. And black is just black, it goes everywhere. We used to have black shirts, but this year we had red shirts.

And if our robot determined our colors, we'd be SILVER and a little red and black. Our robot doesn't get decorated a lot, so it remains metal.

Team 1138's are Blue and Orange. They're the same as our school colors.
