Unless team 340 has a hotel room for i and such. :p

I priced it out and all, i need at least $630. That is around 3-4 months of work to pay back the parents. So i made the hard and gut wrenching decision to not go. I'll be watching all Rochester teams and 229!

Who does everyone think will be one of the sleeper teams? We all know about the "power-houses" 25, 71, 111, 254 and so on...but every year there is a team that arises from out of nowhere and really make a name for themselves that the event...

Who do you think it will be?

I got a nice big ole list with stats and stuff already written down. I count a few for sure first rounders, and many second rounders. Should have more than enough good shooters here to spread around.
And to Tom, i'd expect the shooters that play a good d to go first before dumper bots. Which, in my mind, there are plenty of.

322 and 1272, these teams only shoot or dump into the lower goals. If you need some defense and there are no more good shooters, then 1272 would be a great teammate. 322 just flies around the field. I'm not sure how much they can push, but they easily score around 20 or more balls a match.

I saw both of these team at regionals. 1272 picked us at Boilermaker and both were at West Michigan, where 322 was seeded #1. They just might be competitive enough to take one of the top 8 seeds away from a 3pt shooter.

you can't really say who's gonna pop out of nowhere until they do...

Well thanks! We're definately going to do our best to be competetive. But as VEN says, you never know who's going to do well in ATL until its done.

Here is our Robot There was a big discussion about our robot. The picture was stretched that's what people didn't take into consideration. everything is the right size for a robot we've been through 3 comps everything is fine.

There are a lot of good teams, and its pretty hard to pick anyone this soon. I guess i'll be able to post my pick after April 27th.

What do you guys think, does our division has enough potential to make it to the finals or to win the Championship??... :)

Good luck to all the teams, divisions................whoever is associated with FIRST in anyway.! ;)
