Torque tester?

In a search for pics with "CRT" in the description... I saw mention of a torque tester... Which sounds awesome! Does anyone have one from this year?
It would be almost the coolest thing ever to compare torque scores with other teams. (second only to a robot tug-of-war)

If nobody has one this year... how would I go about making one?

Re: Torque tester?

Just go buy a torque guage for a ratchet at Sears.

Electronic Guage $119

or just get a manual torsion style bar for around $75

A one foot bar connected to your axle (or wheel) and a fish scale will read in foot pounds directly.

If your bot is geared way down, you may need one of them sea-going fish scales (one designed for weighing sharks, marlins...)
