2006 FLL World Festival in Atlanta

I'd like to wish all the FLL teams that will be heading to Atlanta next week a safe journey. I am sure that you will have a great time while there!

NEMO (Non-Engineering Mentor Organization) will be holding their Annual Meeting on Thursday from 12:30pm to 2:00pm in GWCC C-104 (in the hallway outside the pits) and is now open to mentors from ALL FIRST programs. If you want to learn more about our support group for mentors who deal with the non-engineering side of FIRST teams, plan to stop in and say hello.

Congrats to "Space Lab" for winning the FLL World Festivals Directors award. The TechnoKats are very proud of our future team 45 members. We know they worked very hard for this award and they are very deserving of it!

Does anyone here know what space lab's project was about? I never got to talk to them after the tournament was over.

I figured they were somehow connected to your team, since I caught the last couple minutes of the Awards for FLL from the back row of the bleachers of Einstein near the walkway, and saw some 45ers jumping up and clapping when they won the Directors Award.

Congrats to all!
