Buses have inputs on TV's?
I was thinking of attaching a PS2 to a bus TV and was just wondering if the tv's have inputs on the outside?

I dont think so, I think they are just monitors running off one main input in the front of the bus (where the dvd player/vcr is). This has been my experience however if you use a different bus company they may have used as different set up.

Re: Buses have inputs on TV's?
I've been on about half a dozen different kinds of busses with Marching/Concert Band trips and youth retreats. The way the Tvs are usually set up is just like JamesBrown said. If the bus driver was nice, he might let you hook up your playstation at the front of the bus, though the same signal would go to all of the other TVs on the bus, and you'd have to be setting upfront unless you had a wireless controller.
BTW, since everyone would be watching, having a wireless controller passed down the isle could be a fun idea. Oh if you want to use your PS2 in your hotel, make sure you bring an analog converter! The hotels like to cripple game systems, and analog is the only way you can get them to work. Have fun at championships! |

Speaking of busses, most, if not all of them I have been on, still use VCR's and not DVD players.. so if you plan on watching a movie, bring some big bulky VHS tapes. :(
