Wow, that was the closet match I have seen. Talk about a great match for finals. Congrads to 522, 217, 296 for winning Champions.

WHOA!, that was intense! SO CLOSE! I realy thought we'd see a Final match 3!!!

Archimedes played amazingly though, totally deserved the win!!! Robowizards ((only one I've met personally)), Thunder Chickens, and Northern Knights were awesome. (( I still would've liked to see 25 get it... but credit where credit is due))

Congratulations to the 2006 Atlanta Champs!

We were about half a second away from a match 3, 195 almost got on that ramp.

Having your wedding anniversary talked about by your son on national tv and international internet broadcast: priceless

It was awarded, along with the Autodesk awards, during the opening ceremonies on Friday

Totally heard that... it was funny, I said it to my friend also watching, and he was getting fed up and was like "Jeez, someone give the guy a tissue!" and "Will he just blow his nose already?" ((I guess the suspense enough was killing him, but the sniffles added a few more seconds to wait))

Alas, an amazing national all around! Next year, I certainly hope to be there! :)

Congratuations to ALL teams on their respective awards (because there are far too many to name from this whole time)!!!

Wow Einstein was amazing and the quality of the bots was inspiring as well. However one of best moment of nationals was when 296 threw a chain off there shooter and couldn't fix it because no one had a master link on there championship alliance so the alliance they were playing against 25,195 and 968 gave them one and the show went on. 296 ends up winning. To add to this at the end Paul from 217 congratulated his team and alliance and then immediately ran over to thank the opposing alliance and to give them a word of encouragement, as 217 lost last year in the finals on Einstein so they have been there before. Random things like that are much better then watching any robot or robot alliance in my opinion. GO FIRST!

Definately true, and whoever it was that said it (I don't recall) was right. "Only in a FIRST Competition [would you see that]"
