You can't stand to watch your team play because you have so much invested in it, it becomes unbearable to to even think of watching your team lose even A match.

You graduate High School, go onto a very tough engineering school, and neglect do your homework, watch the webcast for your home regional all of saturday and sunday from 800 miles away, then break your glasses, wake up your roomate by yelling so loudly and almost cry when your team wins the Chairman's Award, and then start looking for flights back to New Jersey.

I'm in love with FIRST. There's no other explanation.

The program has to be changed in about ten different places for every revision of the mechanical parts, and you consider it a halfway decent challenge juggling school, FIRST, driver's ed, track, eating and sleep (in order of importance ;) ).

its 4 in the morning, your friend is asleep, so instead of going to bed, you check and see how week 3 regionals go, and look at chief delphi, then work on that paper you need to finish a rough draft on by tomorrow.
