When the SECOND after you get home from said game, you immediately start studying up on teams so that you can demand a rematch.

When you get your entire family to stop what they're doing (For example, working) and call you when they see something FIRST-related

When the second you hear the words "first" or "robot", no matter where you are, you look around to see if anyone's talking about FRC... Before realizing that "first" is a common word meaning "before second"

Every number you see automatically corresponds with a team name.

You have the urge to request money from anyone in a suit.

You find yourself watching re-runs of competitions that you TIVOed.

You carry around contribution flyers in your pocket.

You look at a keyboard and immediately notice the letters "F, I, R, S,T"

You go on ChiefDelphi during your lunch break to read new posts.

When you read that and sheepishly grin because you just did that this morning.

When said competition was TIVOed by your grandmother, and she refuses to delete it because you watch it so often.

When the same grandmother has a team button (or three) on top of her television, a DVD of your team's final matches from this year on her bookshelf (that has been watched many, many times), had every single newspaper clipping from your area even mentioning the team displayed proudly at her 50th Anniversary party, and organized it so that your team could be the "entertainment" at her old company's reunion picnic (very good demonstration since many of the retirees are engineers).

When you take a mini POOF ball to church camp, along with your team hat and TAB shirt.

When CD becomes your antidepressant as well as your antidote to boredom.
