when you can't wait for school to be over for the day so you can go build

when you wear your robotics team warmup jacket to school (and it's considered completely normal for you)

when you find fuses in your pocket and smile

when you're planning during class, start talking to yourself about it, and people just smile and shake their heads

when your significant other is jealous that you spend so much time involved with robotics

when you hate snow days because that's another day of the build season lost

when you're more stressed about there only being a week left in the build season than you are about anything remotely related to school

When you go into school early to work on the robot, and then school gets closed because of a snow day, and you smuggle the robot out of the school and work all day anyways at a students garage.

My boyfriend ended up breaking up with me because I spent so much more time with all the guys on my team then with him(my team only has 2 girls). Robotics girls are just always better, haha. :p

when you're planning to sneak back into the workspace after the head mentor closes it for the night....and when you realize other people would do it too

when you spend your evenings after robotics messaging team members about robotics while writing code

when all the people you work with know exactly which team member you're talking about, even though you never mentioned their names
