You are my hero! My team wanted to have a bunch of students form the FIRST logo outside our shop right before the Google Earth satellites take a new picture, so our team will be in the form of the FIRST logo forever online.

That is in no way a reason why I should be your hero! And that sounds like an awesome idea! Even the fact that you can go around and show your friends the logo on google earth is worth it!

Thanks! Now all I need to do is figure out when Google takes their next picture on my school..... Anyone have any info on that?

The real reason is because your name is Phil. It's a great name... ;)

Back on topic... how exactly can you find out when the Google Earth satellites pass by a certain place? Because that's kind of important to know if you're trying to get in their shots (and standing outside for days on end is not fun at all)
