Ill have to dissagree.
Sometimes the leader is just bussy well, leading. While a mechanic can be much more into FIRST, and do more FIRST realted stuff than him.

If no one in your team want's to be the leader, the one that is the most overdosed on FIRST will volunteer to do it.

God, I miss the shop. One of these days, I'll pop in and see if the first bot I helped build is still there. It's probably been scavenged into nonexistence by now, though. That's what I get for graduating.

You can memorize a combination not by the numbers themselves but by what FIRST teams are represented by those numbers.
