Wow... thats exactly what happened to us when ours came back, and the second it did everyone rushed to the robot room and unpacked it. My french teacher was called in the middle of class and said "Andrew, I'm supposed to tell you that your baby is home"

We have seen these, particularly in European "superstores" - there is an escalator for the shopping carts (does not create "steps" though, is just a moving belt) - the carts have powerful magnets on the wheels which engage when you move the cart to the belt. People take the regular escalators and meet their carts on the next floor to continue shopping :-)

You graduate on a Thursday and you tell your mom that you can't have a family party until three days later because BattleCry WPI is on Friday and Saturday.

This IS truly not funny - we are in the market for an enclosed trailer that we can use to haul our robot and maybe additional ones to off-season events, fundraisers, etc....the tools and all will fit inside our van, at least for now :)

you bought a tee shirt from Logo Loc with a rhinestone FIRST logo on it, for dressier occasions (after admiring one that a "minder" was wearing in Atlanta)

you can't stop talking about all the fun you had in Atlanta, even after you notice that your listeners' eyes are glazing over

when your students complained about you going to competition.....and upon return ...... the first question they asked .....so how did your team do in Atlanta....and the entire class period is spent talking about ............(and you know it was intentional so they will not get homework that night). :]
