when someone says "Which color do you like better? Red or blue?" and your response is "It depends on which teams are on the alliances."
This happened to me last night and it took me several moments of confused looks to realize that they weren't talking about alliances but about the actual colors and the person who asked me wanted nothing to do with robotics. (The blasphemy!)

Ok here is some that have popped up recently

• You have more robotics T-shirts then all your others
• You are still posting on CD
• Your still working on you autotanious(sp?) code
• You have 5 more drive systems CAD'd
• When people ask how long per week you are at robotics meetings you say what week?
• Still designing a wonder drive for next year. Ours got's 4 wheels, 8 directions, top speed 16f/s, now if we would use it...
• You have been counting down to kettering kick off since atlanta

when you have enough team t-shirts to last you a week (at least) and only one is actually from your team

You know when it is just a week before school, you have already had a dozen team meetings since school let out and you are trying to figure out how to add a few more meeting days.

You also know you have a problem when the team is growing to almost 50 students and its just that one lone teacher, you, wondering how to get them all to drink the cool aide....

when u call a teammate about what time practice is and end up talking over an hour about the team and robotics in general.
