No repeats, as in no repeat alliances
example- Jeff and Alex don't have identical alliances, at least 1 team needs to be different

I was bored, so I scored this league. The only things that I am missing are the Seedings for teams, 237, 103, and 1676.
I made the spreadsheet in OpenOffice.org Calc, and tried to save it as an excel file as well, but strangely cannot seem to attach them. So if someone could just give me this info, that'd be great. :)
