Well, the CT Chapter of New England Rain Defeat is in action. It stopped mid day yesterday, and so far has been clear skies for almost 24 hours!!!

Let's hope the MA, NH, and other chapters can join us soon.

Mass is doing pretty well today. I drove to work with my sunroof open for the first time in a week or so! :D

we are fine. The river has dropped considerably today and the flooding has gone away in most areas. I got in to see my desk yesterday morning (and it was dry). I guess the water filled the basement but not much farther. There is still no power in my building, so we temporarily move to dean's house. Today we came back and shared another space in the building next door, hopefully there will be power back on by Friday. Thanks for all the kind words, but it appears that for us the water was much more of an inconvenience then anything else.

So Greg, has DEKA's basement become the new place to test the highly anticipated Water Purifier device in "real world conditions"? :)

Glad to hear that Manchester and everywhere else is quickly drying out.
