Rules for CD

Brandon has just helped us all out again. For your ease of use he has added a link to the rules in the orange bar at the top of the page right next to FAQ and log out. This will allow you to find the forum rules with a minimal amount of work and will take away any excuses that you could not find the rules.

BTW the rule link is also at the very bottom of each web page and will remain there.

How nice.

But it looks like the macro for the site's name hasn't been filled in, or vB is misinterpreting it:

Actually, hasn't that error been there for a while?

now that i take a look at it the rules need an update due to the existance of cd media

Upload images to the image gallery only once. Images must be approved by one of the many approvers, and this process may take up to 24-48 hours, depending on when you uploaded the image, and how often the approvers visit the site..

Place all images into the proper image gallery. If the gallery you need doesn't exist, send a private message to Brandon Martus to get one created BEFORE you upload your images.

The Who-Am-I gallery is provided to give people an idea of what you look like. Images uploaded to this gallery should be photographs of you, preferably showing your face. Drawings, team logos, pictures of robots, or anything else that isn't an image identifying you will be erased by an image moderator.

The image galleries are provided to showcase FIRST and FIRST-related events. While we would like to host every picture imagineable, due to space and bandwidth restrictions, we ask that you refrain from uploading a large amount of similar images or those where the general public may not understand or care to view. If you have an abnormal amount of pictures from an event, please try to pick a few of the overall best pictures and upload those.

Nobody's reported it yet, if it is a problem.. I don't see it, but I'm thinking you are using the 24 hour mode, rather than the 12 hour am/pm mode, maybe?

Edit: That was the problem. Should be fixed now.

Thanks, I've made some updates to reflect these changes.

I read the rules, and agree with all of them (thanks Brandon for being so thorough), but didn't see a location to sign "I Agree" at the end of the page...should there be a block there?

Those rules primarily show up during the sign-up process, which has the agree button. If you have an account, you clicked Agree at one point.
