i think it tastes like a shirly temple...
and fishy: i dont know about cans, but i know i drink it by the 1L bottles...
and clark: i have no idea what it smells like...ive heard of people smelling somehting theyre about to eat, but never someone smelling a drink. at least not a soda. does it fizzle into youre nose?

Clark Gilbert 04-08-2001 22:25

Mike....

No it doesnt fizzle into my nose (i should have said i only did it to that Code Red Mountain Dew....i dont smell every drink)....plus my brother thought it tasted just like a normal Mountian Dew so i thought i would see if it smelled/tasted the same...:D

Carolyn Duncan 04-08-2001 23:53

I know people who smell things before they drink them. You'd be suprised how some drinks smell. I never realized the way things smelled before I started smelling them. That's not to say that every drink has a smell, but if you think about it mountain dew is a citris drink so why wouldn't it smell like fruit?

~Angela who much prefers Mountain Dew Code Red

Yeeessh, glorified fruit punch... tastes sort of like that gross stuff people usually serve for refreshments after something like a church event, made from the concentrate and 7up *convulses with bad thoughts*:o

<EDIT> Crystal Pepsi rocked, I was a bit younger then so I don't quite remember the taste, but think about it, it would never stain your teeth.. you could enjoy it 24/7 w/ no worries... (*resists saying "hakuna matata"*)

EddieMcD 06-08-2001 11:35

I loved Crystal Pepsi too.

And Clark, that was a VERY bad joke.

I don't think a place like Florida is so slow to get things. Remember Surge cola??? The first place I had it after hearing about it for months in CT was in Disney world during a vacation in "97. It depends on the markets!

Elgin Clock 21-08-2001 21:13

You want to talk about some wierd tasting soda's?? Try all the countries soda's at the Coca-cola Polar refreshment stand in Epcot next year. Some are just downright nasty!!!

Clark Gilbert 21-08-2001 21:18

Good......

I like all of them except for one which taste really bad....i think most of u know which one i'm talking about...

(my favorite one is the apple flavored one:D )

A. Leese 21-08-2001 21:41

Yeah..I tried all of the types of Coke. I loved the kind from Japan. It was the best. I really should have gotten a bottle of it. It would definately be my fav drink if i could get it all the time.

I mean in the grand scheme of things. Disney is different because it is a tourist attraction and it is known world wide. Other than that and floral patterns Florida is slow. Trust me, I just moved here from VA and its behind them. I can't imagine what it would be like for someone from New York to move here. :(
