I'm in.

I think the draft date needs to be changed. I'd wait until the preseason is underway/over.

Remember in 2003 when Mike Vick broke his leg during preseason? I'd sure hate to be the poor guy who drafted him before the preseason started. Plus not all the rookie are even signed with their teams yet. Kind of throws a wrench in things if you arent even sure where a guy will be playing.

Please don't remind me. Pretty much 1/2 of our team's funds rely solely on his health and performance during the season. I am in.

If I remember correctly, someone had a team name similar to that before.

It didn't work out too well ;)

Oh no. I think this may be the same time as the Falcons vs Patriots Pre-season game that we are working at. Time to go clone myself....

I see you type like me. Typing wrong letters. You put an "a" where an "u" should be. :) :)

Cory, Is correct I was in a league one year we drafted early in preseason. One of our teams drafted 5 QB's he ended up using them all due to injuries. It is not good to draft too early. Even Aug 11 is kinda early. But I will live with it.

Ready for Friday's draft?

I recall checking the league site on Yahoo a few days back, and I thought I saw a draft time of 4 PM, not 7 PM - has the new draft time been updated? I have no access to Yahoo right now.

Typically, how long does a live draft take?

depends. With 20 teams, I'd say 1:30-2:00.

If everyone shows up, it'll be faster since you dont have to wait 2:00 for every pick by a player who doesnt show up

I has been moved to Sept 8 at 7PM. It's better to be a lot closer to opening kickoff then the previous time.

Well i just realized that the draft time was all bad.

So i have it now moved back to the 6th at 3:15PM EST. that is the latest available slot, i won't even make it in time for the draft myself.

If you don't like that send me a PM and if i get enough i will switch it to auto draft.

This is a 20 team league. Why on earth were the starting positions changed to 3 WR's, 2 RB's a TE and 3 flex spots? There's no possible way that we can fill out a roster that large. It needs to be changed back to QB RB W/T W/R W/R
