Well.. Sara, you can always send whatever it may be back home with Kevin & Scott.

Yes folks, because life has to constantly be mocking me, I probably will not atend BE this year and miss out on my only trip to NJ for some fun this second half of the year.

Yep.

That is unless by chance I have unusually high good luck in the next 20 hours.
Which.. is highly unlikely.

So yeah.. :(

And as the final days, hours, minutes tick down, and Mike Wade's trailer is parked outside the school, and you try to 'get through' your classes as you await Saturday...the question is..

are you ready for BE V? It most definitely will be an awesome event. We have some pretty neat superlative-type awards to give away--most courtesy of Mr. Cokeleys 'punning' abilities. ;)

So, it's Friday!! Which means LESS THAN 24 HOURS UNTIL BE V!! So here's the question, when are you guys setting up? And can you use any extra help?

Beware teams at Brunswick Eruption, Team 75 is ready for anything! Good luck to everyone, I hope you all have as much fun as I will! See you all tomorrow! =D

As much as I love the whole crew of 25, I have to root for the CT team by default..

Let's go 1071 MAX along with my buddies on Triple Nickel (555), and also on 75!

So sorry I couldn't be there to enjoy the fun.

Good luck everyone!

Pssst.. A little birdie told me they are in the Quarters now @ BE.

Re: Brunswick Eruption 5 Nov.4

wow what a great time.

altough i was releived that i didnt have to re-attach another wheel i wish we were in it a little longer. we lost to team the #1 seeded team with 25, 1923, and 1807. thanks to the teams who gave us sky way wheels.

we learned alot there and it really has to do with extruded aluminum. take my advice and dont use it. the connectors are horrible. its either too weak or too heavy. also another lesson learned is the igus parts are not good for drive. they crack with any kind of impact.

with these lessons learned it kind of added to the fun.

thanks to raider robotix for hosting such a nice off season event.

25, 1923, and 1807 lost in the semifinals against the 271, 293, 102 alliance.

That alliance proceeded to finals vs. 369, 222, 423.

the 271,293,102 alliance won the finals in three AMAZING, nailbitin' matches.

thanks to all teams who attended, i know i had a great time, and i hope you did too. =]

A Big Thanks to Team 25 for hosting a trully awesome event,

but the way i feel best describes this event, in the immortal words of Tom Bottiglieri(Amazingly good Emcee) is

"UNNNNNNBBBBAAAAAAALLLLLLIEEEEVABLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEE!!!!"
:p

A big thanks to Team 555 and 1071 for being amazing alliance partners

O.o and i almost forgot, I am Big Mike... 'nuff said

UNNNNNBAAALIIIIIEEEEVVVVAAAABLLLLEEEEE!!!!!

=]. no, roho, I am big mike.

thanks to 25 for hosting this event, and 25&1807 for being such amazing alliances.

everyone played such great matches.

<deep thought>
another thing i love is the level of GP shown at off-seasons. don't get me wrong, it's not like regionals are vicious, but since the pressure's off, everyone's just a little less tense. teams were apologizing to each other left and right[often for things they didn't even do], and everyone just cooperated. it made me proud to be a part of FIRST.
</deep thought>

Re: Brunswick Eruption 5 Nov.4

totaly agreed. i believe team 271 came up to us and actually complemented us for pushing them. we were able to keep them from scoring and when everything was said and done they were impressed with our ability to push them and not one bit upset.
