PID
Hello, I am trying to find a PID code for the vex system and not having any luck. Does anyone have a code that will work or a resource I could use to find it.

Re: PID
Hi, this is a good place to start.
Note that PID is just a mathematical formula that calculates what the real-time output value (e.g., for a motor output) should be. You just write a formula and the Vex controller does the math. Yes, as easy as it sounds. Don |
Re: PID
There's also a white paper here which will help you get started.

Re: PID
Can you take a piece of code from this website and modify it to suit the vex controller.

Re: PID
ooops.....my apologies to Don Rotolo. Somehow I missed that he already posted the same link I did. ....now where did I put that reminder for that eye exam?
