Suggestion - Initial "Focus" during login
 

When a user (me) presses reply before having logged-in; the forum software pops up a login window.

In that window, I suggest that you automatically set the user's input "focus" to be on the username field of that window.

If you put the focus there, then I can start typing in my user name without having fool around with pointing & clicking there on my own.

Is there a reason for having the interface's input focus set to any other location?

No reason .. vBulletin just doesn't have that set to focus onload.

I'll see what I can do to hack that in.

Well, Blake, I'd figure anyone who you'd let on your computer is mature. You can click the "Remember Me" button and I don't think anyone's going to mess around, posting in your name ;)

You won't have to login again unless you clear your cookies.
