The file sizes seem to grow exponentially with the episode number :yikes:

Any chance of just an MP3 or superlowquality version in consideration? Thanks for keeping up the production regardless.

(I'll edit this after I finish downloading and watching with my thoughts... 118 KB/s - are you sure you don't want mirrors?)

Random thoughts:

• Quite surprise you didn't cut off the end of the episode... rolf. What was that bit about don't say things on CD that you wouldn't want your grandma to read.. :p ?
• You forgot the poll about iTunes/MP3... - I cast my vote for an MP3 version, or I'm gonna start creating my own :rolleyes:
• Why not show video clips from a competition?
• Or have a featured ("famous") robot to look over, get members to come and explain how it works - I think this could be really good as long as a team would actually commit. This would provide NERD Vision with some real content that you can't get elsewhere (besides talking at competitions)
• So NERD Vision is only being produced until build season? We need you most then!

Yeahhhh...definately let me throw out the warning here. There are no swears, but if you are a little too politically correct, you may get a little bit miffed at the end of the episode. So be forewarned. We didn't remove it (yet) because we wanted the show to stay pure, and it wasn't quite as good as we hoped with all the bleeps at the end. I appologize if what we have there offends anyone, but c'mon...its really not that bad.

As for video clips and all that sort of stuff...thank you very much for the ideas and insight! We are definately listening to the viewers and if that is what you want...that is what you get.

As for stopping at build season...no one ever said we weren't going to! That's when I think we will hit our peak!

Oh and we'll work on the poll.

I got a transfer speed of about 300kbs when I downloaded it. The show was pretty good, they are getting much better as the show goes on. Matt, thanks for the public service announcement. lol

I was getting around 200 KB/s to download, so personally I would be interested in any sort of lesser quality version. Not in the quality of the show itself, but the video :)

Speaking of show quality, quite entertaining and such, ran a bit long for my tastes but I thought the parts at the end were hilarious and should be left in. Some people may not like it, but I think you guys should just act natural and if that warrants an 'explicit' rating then so be it.

My download speed so far is hovering around 164kbps and has come down from the beginning and will probably slowly go down as time goes on. Also that could be in part to this computer being wireless... Can't wait to watch but that may be later today as its around 4 am and I have another 20 minutes at least of download time.

I got about 112 KB/ sec at first, and then fell down to 52 KB/ sec, then slowly made its way up to 108 KB/ sec. What's up with that?

Alright guys, thanks for reporting back on your download speeds. I have come up with a solution that will be implemented on our next episode.

Downloading now. On a pretty sparsely-used network (yay for prep schools in the summertime!), I'm pretty steady in the 380s, with a peak around 500.

I have yet to watch it, but am sure it'll be great from what I have heard about it.
