FREE 34 Minute Tutorial Vide
 

First let me say, I am not an animator...Our team has yet to venture into this area, but I stumbled upon this free download here:

It was interesting to see how this stuff works. Keep in mind I am looking at this from an angle that I have never done anything like this before. Maybe you guys can pick up some stuff in that video.
