WPI Frontiers 2006

So WPI Frontiers 2006 starts Sunday. :yikes:

Who's going this year? I'm one of the early birds, arriving Saturday night.

I'm taking Robotics and Drama/theater.

(And I got one of the scholarships, despite a bulleted application. Don't know how that happened.)

I plan to go up Sunday to help drop my brother off. I did the program last year, and you're all in for a lot of fun. Say hi to me if you see me, I'll be wearing a red shirt that says "DUH" in scrabble tiles.

Sweet!

On Sunday, I'll be wearing the tie-dye shirt in my WAI.

Wow, they have a two-class option now? Nice.

I went two years ago for the robotics class and had a blast. Hope you have fun!

You get to do a 'math/science/engineering' class and a 'humanities' class. Then you're well balanced ;)

I think you mean WPILib, but this is the wrong thread for that. You should probably post in the programming forum. Also worth noting: WPILib powers EasyC.

Nope. I know of WPILib, but (I am almost positive that) Brad Miller was talking about something else. I'll ask him tomorrow.

Ok. Update from WPI.

Heavy rain. Good chance WPI Olympics is cancelled. Of course, I'm doing CRUD instead. (First time! :yikes: )

The WPI Vex game has hints. We'll be needing an arm, and we'll probably be doing tipping calculations.
