C.D. Ad prices

What does it cost to become one of the sponsors whose ads get displayed at the top of the Chief Delphi Forums page layout?

Is it a fixed amount or does it vary?

If it varies what are the variables in the equation?

If money isn't involved, what does get an ad placed up there?
