Self-Sustaining Environment Orb
Hello,
I am looking for a product - not sure if it is still on the market. I last saw it a few years ago at a store called "Natural Wonders", which I believe either went bankrupt or merged with another company. I remember viewing these "Self-Sustaining Orbs" -- a small circular/oval environment containing tiny organisms as well as different plants. If anyone has seen this product recently, or know where to find - please let me know. Thanks, Corey |

Re: Self-Sustaining Environment Orb
Some of these sealed 'biospheres' had a tendency to grow algae on the inside, covering the glass, so you ended up with a water filled green glass ball after several months.

I've seen it at either Brookstone or Sharper Image.
