With all of their precision cut metal, team 1293 still finds time to tip their hats to the simpler days of FIRST robotics by displaying their team number on a sheet of loose-leaf paper.

Guy in back " We can shoot at 36 feet per second"
Guy in front " I am a man, I CAN take it, drop in three balls and let them fly. I have a body of steel."

Aftermath - Poor boy never knew what hit him. Now sings soprano for the Chomp ensemble.

Team Chomp invented a new poof ball finder. Here we see it in the developement stage. Unfortunately it locked onto an unsuspecting student and tried to shoot his head into the 3 point goal.
The student was unharmed but he is now three inches taller.

...as you can see here, 1293's pre-game warm-up includes 25 chin-ups on the robot before each match...

"Rule 23453 clearly states that any student or mentor who manages to affix themselves to the robot where efforts to free said person may require sufficient damage to the robot in the process must remain affixed to the the robot for the duration of the season. Just how did you manage to weld yourself onto the frame anyhow?"

Just remember, stay perfectly still during autonomous mode so we don't get any penalties, but when the next buzzer sounds, get out there and push that robot around the field as hard as you can!"
