Trademark infringement on the iBot name?

http://www.pmdcorp.com/ibot/

Or, is this a partner company to the company that makes the iBot?

Found it odd they could have a TM symbol after the iBot name on that webpage, when Dean and company obviously have that name already trademarked?

That company doesn't seem to have "ibot" trademarked now nor have they had it in the past. As a matter of clarification, the "IBOT" trademark belongs to Johnson & Johnson, not Dean nor DEKA.

interesting

as long as two products are different: different applications, different usage, different market...they can have the same trademarked name

and it looks like this 'ibot' is a educational program (not SW, an organizationed project to further education).

Its like Apple records and Apple computers. There was no problem until Apple computers got into the music business.

or

maybe they already know iBOT™ is ™'d, but they are using it anyway?!
