[WRRF]: Cal Games planning meeting #3 on August 19th!
 

WRRF and Northern California FIRST Robotics Teams!

We are having the third of our series of Cal Games planning meeting on August 19th at Google Headquarter (see below for directions). This is a volunteer recruitment meeting! Any team and anyone who wants to be a volunteer for the competition or event setup should come to this meeting.

When: August 19th 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Where: Google Headquarter
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway
Mountain View, CA 94043

What: This is a volunteer recruitment meeting! We will go over our progress briefly, then dive right into the list of jobs!

If you want to help with setup & logistics, become a referee, announcer, inspector, photographer, DJ, pit admin, or join the group of team queuing and field reset, then come to this meeting! We need all the help we can get!

Again, we need a quick head count on how many will be there. So reply to this message if you plan to show up!

We will be having the meeting in the Cafe at Building 40. Please go to the Patio area in the center of the courtyard. You can park near the "entrance" to building 40 (the end of campus closest to Shoreline Blvd, next to the park). You can see an image of buildings by using Google Maps and

From San Francisco Airport and Points North
Merge onto US-101 SOUTH
Take the RENGSTORFF AVE/AMPHITHEATRE PKWY exit
Turn right on AMPHITHEATRE PKWY and drive over highway
Turn right onto CHARLESTON ROAD Drive past Landings Drive
Turn left into driveway at the "Google" sign at ALTA AVENUE
From San Jose Airport and Points South
Merge onto US-101 NORTH
Take the AMPHITHEATRE PKWY exit
Turn right onto CHARLESTON ROAD Drive past Landings Drive
