[OCCRA]: HP Launcher

Will the launcher have the capability to turn? And will this be one of the characteristics that changes from week to week?

Official Answer: The Launcher will rotate so as to aim it. It's freedom of movement will allow about 180* of rotation or more. This feature will remain each week and be a constant.
