Re: Team 2000? Is this the year?
It seems like just a few months ago when we discussed the teams in the 1000's.. Now, we'll have a double-millenium team, 2045. Cool.

Aww shucks, I registered my team just a bit too early to get a 2*** number.
We're #1995, Hartford Regional look out, because here we come! |

2001 , now thats a number I'd love to have. You could call your team Space Odyssey or just Odyssey, that'd be awesome.

Re: Team 2000? Is this the year?
It happened 2 or 3 years ago with Emery Collegiate Institute in Toronto. They started off with the Emery Iron Eagles (1219, which is still in existence today) and about a year or so later the Diamond Eagles (their exact number has escaped me, something in the 1300's) came into existence. I believe it was 2004. They split into girls and boys teams due to the sheer numbers coming out to their meetings!

Sooo... Since both teams should have equal resources, being from the same school and area... This should settle the long going dispute on who is better at this whole robot thing, girls or boys? Which team is doing better as of now? |
