[OCCRA]: Torque Bars #2

Will "touching the torque bar at the end of the match" be decided at the buzzer, or when the robots come to rest as with the platform?

IE: If a solenoid is holding the torque bar up at the end of the match and, when the robot is disabled, it falls, would the torque bar still go to the other team?

(If you would like, add this to the other thread to conserve board space and make readability better)

Answer: Like in all past years the Refs wait until the robots, goal and such come to rest. This is no more than - and can be less than - 10 seconds. Touching is touching. If a robot is clear at the buzzer and comes to rest on the bar in the 10 seconds.... then you are touching.
