[OCCRA]: Please make teeter-totter handle same dia as cart handle
 
Dear OCCRA,
All things being equal, there may be some simple advantage
to commonizing on the diameter of the cart black pipe
and the teeter totter handles. This may allow OCCRA
teams to commonize on one end effector. Just
my two cents worth.

Answer: The field components present the same challenges to all teams. Threrefore there will be no changes at this time. The sizes and dimensions are as stated in the drawings.
