New team in search of source for camera

We are a new FIRST team...we will get a number tomorrow...woohoo!!!
We know that the use of the camera is probably going to be vital to the game for 2007 and we are looking for some way to get one and start playing with it now... FIRST and Innovation FIRST no longer have them available...so are there any substitutes out there that we could use?
Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated...
especially cheap suggestions

thanks already!!!

You can purchase a CMUcam2 from seattlerobotics.com. I'm not sure if this is the cheapest vendor out there, but it is the only one linked to on the CMUcam2 website as a distributor in the US.

Do you have an RC. I think IFI is all sold out. But you should make sure that you can get everything you want to do preseason testing before you go and buy stuff. Maybe a local team will let you borrow some stuff. Make a post on the swap section. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/parts.php?
