CD chat

Even though there is the tigerbolt chat I think it would really be a good idea to have a CD chat. This way when posts spawn off topic conversations they can be carried on through the forum and people who logon can join the chat.

one of the main reasons i dont go to tigerbolt is cuz im always here, and it im focused on reading all posts and stuff. if i had tigerbot open too i would go nuts in confusion.

I think that chat would be an awesome idea. Or just merge it from tigerbolt to delphi. I'm the same way. I get so involved trying to read all the delphi posts that I barely have time to go even to FIRST's site.
