The Act: Boston Trial of a new style of video game.
 

This is a call to action for folks in the Boston area.

As many of you know I left the auto industry to make my way in the world putting robots into arcade games (roboticamusements.com). As a result I keep my ear to the ground listening for new trends in the coin op business.

2 years ago I came across a very new and different type of video game from a company called Cecropia. They have a really great idea. You can see a "trailer" for there game here.

Anyway, they are about to launch their product and have a trial going at 5 locations in the Boston area (locations listed here). I am dying to learn how the final product turned out... ...so... I am offering a $10 bounty to the first 3 people who can get to one of these locations, try the game and report back to me/us on this thread (I'll pay via paypal -- so hopefully you or someone you know has an account).

Let us know how it goes. This game is especially suited to appeal to non-gamers but so let us know in your review if you are normally a game player or not.

P.S. You can tell how important this is to me not only because I am offering real money but also because I almost never visit the Chit Chat forum. I cannot recall the last time I ever posted in the Chit-Chat forum yet alone started a thread in it. Excuse me, I have to go tack a shower now ;-)
