right now were kinda in limbo waiting for a response from NASA. They have been extremely helpful. we are also taking hi-res archive footage that will be posted online at some point.

the field control is currently broken so you guys aren't missing anything right now.

I would also like to commend you all for watching. the ratings are in and we were streaming to well over 100 people!

Thanks again for all your hardwork trying to get this back up! I was supposed to be watching this event in person, but I was caught in Toronto's snowstorm and couldn't make it to my ride on time :(

Attempts to fix the webcast for today have been abandoned, we have tried everything we can. It is out of our control. We WILL be back for sat on new servers (the ones broadcasting VCU). keep your eyes open for links in the morning.

I would like to thank the people at NASA, they have been extremely helpful and supportive.

Our archive will also be up as soon as possible. thanks for watching! see you in the morning!:)

You can post them to Google Video Sam. Our website should catch the feed and have it up.

So for those of you watching the webcast...anything you'd recommend us doing differently tomorrow? Also any pointers for my announcing would be appreciated.

George

Yes- be confused

Team 25 IS the inventor of exploding bacon ice cream but you can shoot Wayne Penn for giving it that name.

We have a running "tradition" to initiate our dinner guests at team functions by telling the restaurant that it is their birthday. We also have a running gag of serving the Birthday Boy a sundae topped with bacon. Our last assistant coach had a birthday 6 times in three months.

I wanted to call it the Evil Sundae- but Penn took the lead.

He was the birthday boy last night......

It was a lot of fun today. Our rookie robot is on a real roll. :ahh: Were very excited for tomorrows matches. (Even though we got stuck with 7 not 8, but were still very excited. :D )

Good Luck to All Teams

Good standing for your first regional. I remember our first, I think we finished 40 out of 42.

I was talking about my first team 1083.

1902 did extemely well in its rookie year and almost won its first regional and almost won Archemedies and was 9-0 at Houston. that was very unusual.

Our joke was we didn't win at Atlanta to leave room for this year :) .

That was a special year, hard to duplicate, we felt very luckie and fortunate indeed.

Day one results from the New Jersey Regional have been posted on the TBA TV Match Archive System. Video will be up following the competition, but for now you can view match statistics.

Stay tuned, more features are on the way.
