[OCCRA]: Problem with the compressor, pressure switch, or Bosch relay.

OK, I cannot figure out this problem and I have been working on it for more than a day and a half. Our compressor will not shut off at all. I've read the manual about ten times, and I have everything wired properly. I'm actually an electronics person (our last pneumatics person graduated and we can't get a hold of him) and I have tried everything that I can think of. The only thing that I am not positive on is what wire of the pressure switch to connect to the positive fuse block and which to connect to the white wire on the relay. The wires are brown and blue, and I've tried both ways. As far as I can tell, everything in the pneumatic system is hooked up fine. Air goes in all the right places and everything follows the diagrams and instructions. I've replaced the pressure switch and everything. I cannot find any leaks in the system, so I don't believe that's what's causing the problem

If anyone has any idea on what the problem could be, I would be so grateful. I've worked on this for far too long and I'm getting behind in everything else.

Thanks,
Brittany

The wire is connected to the fuse block. The blue goes to the ground block, green plugs into the red wire off of the compressor, black goes into black off of the compressor, and the wires off of the accumalator tank run into the white wire either one works and the other one goes to the positive fuse box. Did you check the pressure gauge so that it is set at 60psi and that it is closed? if it is set there then you may have routed the tubing wrong and it is circulating through the system and it is not building up the pressure, I did that my first time this year and realized it and fixed it so check where you have routed the tubing. I read the pnuematics section in the how to section of the rules book and figured it out in about an hour so try that. good luck and if there is any problem PM me with any questions. :)

I've hooked up all the wires correctly- that much I'm pretty sure about. I'm not positive the tubing is hooked up correctly, but as far as I can tell, it is. Just to make sure, here's what we have hooked up to what:

The compressor goes to the one way valve which goes to a Y splitter. One end of the split goes to the accumulator tank and the other end goes to the pressure gauge, (which is set at 60 psi) pressure relief valve (or whatever that's called) and the valves and pistons. The pressure switch is screwed into the other end of the accumulator tank.

After reading the manual, that's what I think is correct. If I'm wrong, please tell me!

Thanks,
Brittany

OK, never mind. We figured it out. The pressure switch's screw needed to be turned. We had it the way the manual wanted, but that wasn't working. Thanks a lot though.
