Where can I download it? The videos that Ogre provided doesn't include SF1-1.

Or at least I don't see it.

Thanks to all of you for your effort to recover these from the depths.

I realize that this may be asking too much but does anyone have the Einstein Division finals for 2002 as well?

I know it's probably a stretch but, then again I never thought I'd see the videos posted here either. :)

wow!!!
I never thought I would ever see these clips. Just out of curiousity, would anyone have any more footage (by accident or otherwise) of Team 66's bot from back then??? Being webmaster, this would be a real nice thing to put up on the website (on every team's from that alliance website for that matter), even though it has been 4+ years (5 years as of April 2007). Yet again, my sister was on the team back in that day, and I got a phone call from her that day that made me really happy. For some current Team 66 members, it is still an unforgetable moment. To this day I still see some of the members from then, and we still talk, and Frostbite 2 is still in running condition (minibot and all...).

Thank you for posting these clips!!!

I loved that little bot, it was so much fun to watch the penguin go down the field.

The above links contain the Newton Finals and half of the Einstein Semi's. I unfortunately do not have any other matches.

Alright, I finally got the rest of the videos FTP'd up this morning through my school's network. (Having direct fiber connections are awesome! :D) These videos will most likely be here permanently (or at least for several years). Here's the link:

Enjoy! :D

I'm working on it; Kurt (our driver from '02) has them but his server has been down for several weeks. He promised me by Christmas......

BTW - can y'all who have posted the championship finals and semi's (to whom I am forever grateful!!!) change the title from "Einstein Fx" to "Championship Fx" or something, to distinguish them from the Einstein division finals and semi's when they get posted? That year Einstein was one of the division fields as well as the playoff field, so it's a little confusing.

You're actually still missing a couple of matches there - Newton QF1-3 and Newton SF1-1

To my recollection (I'll see what I can dig up though), Einstein was used as a divisional field and each team got to play 1 match on it, but there were still 4 divisional fields used for the finals: Newton, Galileo, Archimedes, and Curie. I know this was the case in 2001 and I certainly can't imagine going from 5 fields to 4 fields, but maybe we did...because I seem to only remember one division tent instead of two and there's no way 4 fields fit in that tent.

There was no Galileo. It was Curie, Newton, Archimedies, and Einstein.

There were only 4 fields. 3 in the tent.

Hey Billfred,

I hear Santa's sleigh getting warmed up in the wings. :D

Seriously, any word on the rest of the Einstein division videos?

We've been having a great time reminiscing about having you guys and the Walled Lake Monster as our alliance partbers that year.

Thanks
